Mary Macleod’s Shortbread offers flexible shipping options tailored to promotional product distributors, corporate gift buyers, and business clients. Whether you're sending to one address or thousands, we make the process simple and seamless.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within Canada and the continental USA.
Please note: we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
Single or Multiple Addresses
We can accommodate shipments to one or many addresses per order. To send to multiple recipients, please complete and submit our Distribution List Template, which is provided on our downloads section.
Pickups Available
Local pickups from our bakery in Toronto can be arranged by request. Please contact us in advance to schedule your pickup.
Scheduled Deliveries
Need your gifts to arrive on a specific date? We are happy to schedule shipments in advance. Please include your desired delivery dates when placing your order.
Shipping Charges
Shipping rates are based on weight, package dimensions, number of destinations, and shipping method. Charges will be calculated and quoted during the order process.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping addresses are complete and accurate — including suite, apartment, unit, or floor numbers. We also request a phone number for each address in case of delivery issues.
If an incorrect address is provided and results in delivery failure, we are unable to offer refunds. Re-shipping will incur additional product and shipping charges.
Order Processing & Production Time
Typical order processing takes 3–5 business days before shipping. However, orders with customization — such as branded packaging, gift notes, or special assortments — may require additional time.
If any items are out of stock, we will advise you of baking lead times. Rush options may be available depending on order size and production capacity.
How Fast Will I Get My Order?
Production times are listed on individual product pages and reflect the number of business days required after final approval of your production mockup (if applicable).
Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected during checkout. Estimated shipping charges and transit times for standard and expedited options are provided as part of the order process.
If you have a required in-hands date, please let us know when placing your order and we will do our best to meet it.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping options are available and will be prioritized with our carriers. Please note: our standard processing and production times still apply, unless rush service is specifically arranged.
Shipping Delays Disclaimer
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by events outside of our control, including:
- Severe weather
- Natural disasters
- Labour disputes or carrier issues
- Civil unrest
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
- Transportation disruptions
Shipping refunds will not be issued under these circumstances.

Please include your order number, company name, and a description of the issue so we can address it promptly.
Currency
All transactions are processed in the currency shown on our website and invoice. Please confirm the appropriate currency at the time of order.
